Acting against the reticulum cells of the reticulo-endothelial system; spec. in antireticular cytotoxic serum (abbrev. A.C.S.), a cytotoxic serum prepared from animal and human spleen and bone marrow, claimed to have a beneficial effect on the reticulo-endothelial system.
