A photograph representing an object in its natural colours. So helioˈchromic a., pertaining to heliochromy. helioˈchromoscope, a device for superposing three specially prepared photographs of an object so as to produce an image in the natural colours. helioˈchromotype = heliochrome. ˈheliochromy, the production of images of objects in the natural colours by a photographic process.
