An experimental antipsychotic drug with alpha-adrenoceptor blocking properties, which has also been used (usu. as the hydrochloride) in the diagnosis and treatment of phaeochromocytoma; 2-piperidinomethyl-1,4-benzodioxan, C14H19NO2 .
