  [? var. of wolden-eȝed, wall-eyed.]
  Of a horse: ? Light grey.
  The meaning is obscure as, the colours are not enumerated in the same order in the original and the translation. A note in the MSS. of the translation has glaucus, which does not occur here in Palladius.

c 1440 Pallad. on Husb. iv. 827 The walnyed is good, also the blake Is fyn colour, the falow and herthued.
