Having the styles or pistils (in different individual plants) of the same length relatively to the stamens (= homogonous 1, homomorphic 1 b): opp. to heterostyled. Also homostylic (hɒməʊˈstaɪlɪk), homostylous (-ˈstaɪləs), adjs. in same sense; homostyly (ˈhɒməʊstaɪlɪ), the condition of being homostyled.
