diaˈluric, a. Chem.
  [f. di-2 + alloxan) + uric.]
  In dialuric acid, C4N2H4O4, an acid obtained by hydrogenizing alloxan, which crystallizes in needles, and forms, with metals, salts called diaˈlurates. Hence diaˈluramide, the primary amide in which the replacing radical is that of dialuric acid.
