An example of a time when I exercised leadership is when I was a student representative in an organization. In the organization, I led the team responsible for organizing events to promote our organization. I had to make decisions on tasks such as coordinating and allocating resources, organizing volunteers, and developing strategies. I was able to successfully lead the team and the events were successful.
