hello there my name is Valerie McLean otherwise known as a nutrition angel and today I'm going to show you how to make some of really delicious healthy drinks so there's four basic ingredients that you need first of all you need your strawberries I've got four large ones here that should be enough for one person got roughly about a cup and a half of milk got some dates got three here two to three or you can use more depending on the sweetness of the strawberries of course because at certain times of the year they work they'll be quite tart and obviously ice cream this is just even in their ice cream homemade but you don't have to make your own you can obviously bias if you wish so what you need to do is just add the ingredients to the blender and then blend they're simple so what we need to do is then first add the wet ingredients as this allows the blending process to be much easier then you add the strawberries you can cut them up but I'm just choosing not to because this is high-powered blender then I'm going to add coupla scoops of ice cream nice soft scoop and then lastly the dates and then all you have to do is blend it up and there we have it of course that's an alternative just press draw fish you can also also use strawberry ice cream so let's just pull that out okay wonderful thick and creamy and that's how you make a strawberry milkshake
