hey guys I'm going to be showing you how to put in your cheer bow for cheerleading or like cheer competitions and stuff this is mine - your bow it's really cute it's big I'm going to show you how cut it is like that and it rather than that so what you need is you need your brush of course your - your bow and of course your hair and a ponytail over like another ponytail because you want it to be extra tight okay so this is what I do I take my hair I've already brushed out kind of looks like my hair stick so it looks like it's messy it's not brushed out but it really is I'm just gonna flip my head back and get my ponytail right here so just flip and kind of looks like kind of like a move you're putting down make sure it's like in it's not wet it unless you are going fun like your team just don't sign it because judges will deduct points if your hair isn't the right way like release my let judges that we do where we go they're just there they deduct pollutants for that if you aren't having we all don't have the same hairdo and I'm gonna put it right here it's kind of to the side so like right there it's still kind of to the side but it's all good kind of move it up right here up to the yeah want a heiko detail so you can see your wonderful to your bow and it's not really high and it's slanted I know I know I know I'm so used to putting my hair salon debt and that's how I wear it um take your bell and when you're putting it in you want it to make you want to have it in this hit like in the right position like because I'm about you put it in like that it's going to say like that it's kind of like you've level out where you want to be and what I do is I put the hair tie around it like this first and then I'll pull it out so I'm gonna be right there so I kind of just hold it it take my hair tie and is that's my hair room see how it's like moving um you can fix it and I don't know which way I'm going this way right yeah and see now my my um it's not that high like it's why I did - um wanted to be that way um and that is how you do it um my ponytail is to the side so it's that's why it's like slanted so yeah thanks for watching
