hey guys today's recipe is a bit different it's not totally a cake and it's not totally a cookie but it is totally delicious so let's get cooking take out a small bowl and add 2 eggs 1/4 cup or 60 milliliters of almond milk 1/3 of a cup or 90 grams of nonfat Greek yogurt and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract mix well and set aside in a larger Bowl at a heaping cup or 135 grams of white whole wheat flour a heaping third of a cup or 70 grams of brown sugar substitute 2 scoops or 60 grams of ice appears vanilla whey protein powder 1/4 TSP of baking soda 1/4 TSP of baking powder and a quarter teaspoon of salt now give your bowl of good mix and add your liquid ingredients along with 1 tablespoon or 14 grams of light butter mix your bowl until combined once combined add in 2 tablespoons or 30 grams of mini chocolate chips and continue to stir now you'll need an 8 by 8 cake tray some baking spray and of course your batter and be sure to top your batter with another one and a half tablespoons of chocolate chips and bake at 350 degrees or 177 Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes and of course enjoy guys alright guys question of the day are you currently dieting and if so how much weight have you lost so far it's a lot of you know I'm currently dieting for my wedding and as of today I'm down over 20 pounds so I'm really excited about that as far as the macros go for this cake every slice and the cake makes 9 slices is 165 calories three and a half grams of fat 23 grams of carbs one of which is fiber and 10 grams of protein if you want to get the exact measurements or print out the recipe you can do so by clicking a link in the video description below and as always thanks for watching guys you
