hey everybody I'm here today to show you how to whiten teeth with baking soda in this video I will be showing you a very simple method that you can use to whiten your teeth using only baking soda and a toothbrush it's a really simple process let's get right to it you're going to start off by taking the baking soda and putting it in your hand you just want to get a little bit of it in the palm of your hand just like that as you can see right there I have it in the palm of my hand you're going to take your toothbrush and you are going to wet your toothbrush so just run it under water and make sure that it is nice and wet and then take the toothbrush and just dab it in the baking soda just like that and now all of that baking soda is now on my toothbrush just like that just as you can see right there alright now the next step is to actually brush your teeth with the baking soda as long as you know how to brush your teeth I really shouldn't have to explain this part but basically make sure that you make your way all around your mouth all around your teeth and just scrub that baking soda all on your teeth I'm just going to go ahead and brush my teeth and then I will rinse my mouth once I have finished and that's basically it all that you have to do is basically put baking soda on your toothbrush and then brush your teeth with the baking soda now one quick piece of advice when you are using this baking soda method that I have shown you in this video you should be using the baking soda method on top of your regular tooth brushing routine so basically you should be regularly brushing your teeth with toothpaste and then in addition to regularly brushing your teeth with toothpaste you should use the baking soda method that I have shown you to whiten your teeth and you should use it basically once a week or once every two weeks and you will see some great results and that's all I have for you today thanks for watching
