what ya doin how ya doin oh yeah boy how y'all doin I'm doing good but how y'all doin hey what's up you guys I'm back in my mother chicken kitchen I'm actually back what are you talking about I'm here everyday like six times a day cuz your girl never leaves the kitchen all she does is eat Bon Appetit but hey nothing wrong with that these game they're not gonna make themselves right so today we're going to get okay and make some vegan of course cuz your girl is vegan pumpkin snickerdoodle cookies well because you know my sweet tooth is always on ten and I react on my chocolate chips which last time I was baking with you guys for my mokbang and I ran out of chocolate chips on my huge ginormous cookie that I ate that was so good so if you've tried that let me know if you tried it so it's white girl season pumpkin latte season pumpkin everything season is November coming up on December so these seasons are all oh my god my pumpkin latte my pumpkin this so I'm gonna make you last some pumpkin cookies okay so they are gluten free grain free healthy free I mean healthy everything free dairy free sugar free you know it's every kind of thing that you want and a cookie that you that you definitely if you're health-conscious now if you are aren't health-conscious it doesn't matter if you're eating a lot of sugar which is sugar is crap sugar as addicting sugar is bad get away from it especially if you're trying to lose weight stay away from sugar I'm also doing this for my pops because he's trying to lower the intake of regular sweet thing eat so I'm making some healthy treats so we're gonna do a snickerdoodle with some chocolate in it and it's gonna be way go so let's get this party started I already have my bowl here ready and I'm going to be using two cups of almond flour because almond flour is gluten-free and it gives it a really nice like nutty texture so I'm going to put in two cups of almond flora now this one is not the the blanched almonds this one has the skin on it you could see how when you go get on the flour or if you make your own this one has the outer shell of the almond that's why it's brown and white but it's so so pretty good so then we are going to add in a little bit of baking powder because these Oh pre-heat your oven to 350 right now do it right now so preheat oven so we're gonna add in a half a teaspoon of baking powder oh hey and then we're gonna add in a dash of vanilla now when I do my vanilla I really don't nobody had time to measure so we're just gonna like a little squirt you just don't be a squirts add in low scorch okay you just coming out I things when you start to bake a lot you just I stuff and you kind of know like that looks good okay cool this is my first time ever doing this recipe - so you guys are gonna see it with me live on action we're gonna add in some skin oven because we are giving it like a nice fall flavor some pumpkin spice just I just throw it in whatever you want looks good to me okay and then where is oh we're gonna do a little bit of peace Himalayan seatbelt because when you do sweet to add in a little bit of kick like that it's like the sweet and spicy kind of thing you flown with me here okay then we need let me grab my tablespoon so first we're going to stir together these dry ingredients and oh my god this smells so good well there's vanilla it's okay it's just a little wet just a little bit and then we are to add in our um what am I missing good low good loan think terrianna think you see what happens to me oh yeah this small bowl we will add our pumpkin now I got the organic pumpkin you need a 3 keeping table so you can just overflow like mine's like a little bit extra the tablespoon and then we're gonna add in some agave you can use agave can use maple syrup you can use whatever you like but I love agave and I always bake with the gobbing so 1/4 of agave and Wow into the bowl so then you want to stir in the pumpkin with agave because the pumpkin is not sweetened okay so when you in our pumpkin pumpkin and oh my what smells so good if you guys don't like pumpkin it's really really really good for you so try and like it like do whatever you got to do to try and get yourself to like pumpkin because it's really good bringing out the almond milk I'm going to add in my pumpkin puree into my almond flour mix right here but oh my loan that is sweeter then let me know saying okay so let's stir this up now yeah ok so now we're going to add in a little bit of almond that J I am only going to do like a - 2 - 3 - to start with so just - it up I don't ever really measure my milk when I'm doing stuff like this when I kind of just need like a little bit to get the batter really flowing and going and getting it my oh yeah this is perfecto now we are bacon it was a little dry but I knew I had to add in something when I wasn't sure if I was going to add in some almond milk or post and you coconut oil or if I was going to do applesauce I was like now we need something to stay along the lines of the nuttiness so the almond flour almond milk you feel me okay so let's try the batter because you never want throw anything in the oven unless you have sampled it I believe God is a woman because Lola this tastes so good I just want to eat the batter [ __ ] if I stop dropping half of it maybe there'll be some in the oven okay now let's mix in our chocolate because you don't ever want to touch the beautiful chips you want to gently stir them in so they stay whole and holy we want holy chocolate chips okay so now is we're gonna mix this we're gonna throw it on a pan stick them in the oven and get it popping line your cookies on the cooking pan okay so we're going to need to I'm gonna spray it on a little bit just does that like coconut spring when you use an ice cream scooper so they're all the same size but if you don't have an ice cream scooper which I don't know where you're from if you don't have ice cream scooper because then you not the ice cream or did you just eat it out of the pint like me anyways scoop of all keep them nice and spread out here you oh my gosh you guys I wish you could smell what I'm smelling right now because it's literally insane it smells like festival sex in my nose it's so good so they are still steaming hot but you know I gotta try one for you guys this is my first time making this recipe and just by this smell it smells like raw pumpkin cookie dough hmm oh my god okay my new favorite those are so good that's gonna be really hard not to eat this whole pan before somebody comes and gets one Wow I really wish I could share all these with you guys right now I have to make a [ __ ] ton more batches but well I really really you guys please give this recipe a try and let me know when you make it I bet you anything your family will love this for whenever or the holidays if you're vegan or not vegan trust me there's by far even more better vegan desserts other that people like that aren't that aren't vegan but they like the desserts better holy Shh this is literally this tastes so good it's so soft I I put her in for about 10 minutes but took them out a little early because they continue to cook on the pan oh my god I was like sex my mouth right now I can't explain it Oh in this song I think I'm in okay there chill but that's how I feel like it's a whole mood these are so good please give this recipe a try you guys you will not regret it it's amazing I cannot wait to see you on my next video and I love you all team team there
