hi guys my name is Bonnie Wilson I'm from Dallas Texas and I'm a cocktail artist today I'm going to show you my signature cocktail the blushing mimosa we're going to start out with a classic mocha ingredient orange juice we're just going to do one ounce and we're going to pour it right into our champagne flute we're going to do an ounce of pineapple juice right on top of that orange juice right there and then now for our special ingredient our cocktail artist grenadine we're just going to put a half an ounce right into our glass you want to take a spoon and stir it up just a little bit to make sure all the ingredients are incorporated and then we're going to fill the glass with your favorite sparkling wine now we could stop there but I really like to accentuate the orange notes in the cocktail so I'm going to take a little orange peel and we're going to squeeze that right over the top drop it right in and here's the blushing mimosa feel free to check us out at cocktail artists calm for some more amazing recipes you
