this application will show the use of a stocking Donner this device has a semicircle in the center you'll want the semicircle facing you almost like it's smiling at you take your stocking Donner and set it at a height that is comfortable for you to work usually at waist height or at a tabletop height you want to take your support hose and have the heel portion of the hose facing you take the stocking open it up and place it inside the semicircle fold it back over the top of the semicircle and pull down on both sides of the stocking you want to keep pulling until the heel portion pops out it's essential that the heel portion of the sock be in the back of the semicircle now take the stocking donner and point your toe down through it until your foot is completely down on the floor continue to pull up on the donger until the stocking is above the calf then pull the stocking donger backward and down freeing the stocking you'll now want to adjust your sock the use of gloves may help you do this
