hey guys it's juicing with julie and sorry i'm not in the video today because i don't have my hair done and my makeup's not done so you're not seeing me today but i was making juice and i did start peeling these oranges and these grapefruits and thinking to myself i should probably give them the tip that i use while peeling and making the this a lot easier for you guys to peel these citrus fruits so what i do is i just take the orange here and i just do a crisscross so first i'll just go around the orange with my sharp knife all the way around okay so and i try to meet it where i you know where i started and then i do a crisscross so i'll do it in the other direction and i just try to get through the peel okay and then i'll meet again where i started and it makes it so much easier to peel look look how easy that is when you're doing it in sections okay it makes life so easy okay and then just get that middle part out of there tada you're all done so there you go guys that's the tip of the day with juicing with julie i hope this makes your life easier when you're juicing now and it won't take you as long to peel those citrus fruits thanks you guys have a great day and look forward to the next juicing tip of the day bye
