Please explain how to make a basic whey protein shake

hey guys what's up is michael from lean body lifestyle and today i have a video that may be kind of basic for some of my viewers but i know for other viewers that this might be helpful and it's just going to be a basic whey protein shake and I know when I first started out with getting into fitness and stuff there's a lot of stuff that I didn't know and as a beginner I really would have liked to have seen a video like this so let's get started there's only three ingredients that you really need and the first one being ice I have one cup of ice right here go ahead and throw that in the blender and then I have one cup of skim milk here and of course you can substitute this for a higher fat milk or water whatever you want with protein shakes it's just all about being creative and then finally you can add one or two scoops of whey protein and I'm only going to do one here today and then you're just going to go ahead and blend this up all right so the ice is all blended up here and there you have it a simple post-workout protein shake here I hope you guys enjoyed this video and maybe check out my other videos and if you're not following me on Facebook and Twitter the links will be down below thanks for watching guys and have a good day
