this cocktail that I'm about to make is called the peach fuzz this is a cocktail that I developed with four dark rum midori melon the Cure ruby red grapefruit or pink grapefruit juice and we guns this with a peach the whole thought behind it is that the combination of these ingredients will create a peach like flavor and this is how we make it first of all we're going to fill up the tall glass halfway with ice and we'll start off with 20 mils or two thirds of an ounce of midori melon liqueur one shot or 30 mils of the dark rum now we'll fill it up with ruby red grapefruit leaving a small space on the top just to be able to fill it up with ice we're going to stir that through nicely with either a long spoon or a straw and as you can see it almost has that peach light color to it the final step is obviously filling that up with ice and setting it up with a garnish peaches you could also use plums if that's available so what we're going to do is just one piece just two slices will just set that in the glass like sir and that my friends is the peach fuzz
