now i noticed in the pan here you just a little touch of oil just a little bit right and we've got our batter here which has just been nicely whisked and just literally dropping them just drop it so it gets nice and round and it instantly sets so yeah you notice how that is very unround i'm going to try it with a spoon okay but yeah you can also put a little water in it so it spreads i quite like this this mix let's go now another one here we go nice and round straight away so you need this on just kind of like a medium heat so it doesn't burn underneath and you can really you can make these as large or smaller as you like really can't you yeah but i think if we're going to be serving this as a dessert maybe two or three maybe three even four portions okay so we can almost turn the pan out can't we so it doesn't sit too quickly you can see just that little dryness around the outside that must have ready for turning yeah and so what a great recipe you know once you've actually cooked the butternut squash at home perhaps puree it very very quickly mix everything up cook it off what a great flavor and it's perfect you can have it for breakfast you can have it for dessert you can have it for dinner you can have it any time they look gorgeous don't they i'll just let that one take a touch more color just while they're finishing off okay i thought you know if you're in curacao you've got to take advantage of the great flavors from here that's the one popular drink we have very very nice and of course this is the sort of orange flavored liqueur yes isn't it yeah and with that i'm just going to take a little bit of cream just to serve with it let's just put a little touch of sugar into it as well sweeten it up and maybe you know a snake not too much a little yeah touches otherwise that's enough just to give it a color okay it's just whisking the whole thing up straight away and they are ready so we'll quickly done whisk this up almost almost ready as well and you can serve this just as pouring cream if you want to there's no need to have it pre-whisked but uh it will give you a nice finish with a dollop of that sitting on top of your pancakes so almost ready as you can see it just is amazing actually that some of the great simple recipes that are put together on this island but are so packed with flavor that's it perfect right so the pancakes these look lovely don't they really really lovely so where do we start i'm going to start with this one here okay and i'm just gonna pop it straight down there and then we'll take this one and sit that just right on top and then finally look at those and then we'll finish them with this lovely cream just look as you can see it's starting to melt across the top wonderful there we have it simple delicious and it couldn't be more curious than that exactly you
