okay Sasha here with bath and granite I'm gonna show you how to install the todo Washlet that's currently sitting on my dining room table this is the model alright so I've got a standard builder-grade two-piece toilet here and I'm beginning to take off the seat I've got the seat unbolted and then some wrenches and todo provides you if this attachment they give us a couple of gaskets so this is gonna feed the wash that I haven't finalized tightening that down and then I've got a little bowl here that I usually used for dog water to just catch whatever comes out of there I turned off the valve and then flush the toilet so there's really just a little bit of water that accumulated in here that I poured into that bowl alright so you can see I fashioned myself a little bit of a seat cover because I just had a couple of close calls with the bolts total gives us this bracket the instructions aren't really clear what position to put these notches into so it's not clear how far back from the seat this is supposed to be but I just thought I'd drive it and see how it goes and they come with these really find a lot of threading on the bolts I'm at a loss for words right now so I used a drill instead of a screwdriver I think that would have taken a lot of minutes screwing in and out in case I have to take it out again alright I took another look at the position of this bracket and the instructions are pretty unclear but it says it wants it I think an inch and an eighth from the the back of this bracket until the opening of the bowl so hopefully this video saves you the time that I just spent trying to figure that out all right so I've got the seat on it just slides and clicks into place now I want to point out this chord is pretty long so it's not the cord but rather the water line so before you tighten up this or this connection get this guy at pong so that you can twist it away from the toilet otherwise this line bulges out and I think it looks pretty ugly this way it's kind of tucked under the toilet more so I'm gonna tighten this I'm going to tighten the tote along first and then the toilet line next all right so we got power hooked up the seat looks like it fits nicely lights are on give this thing a test run make sure you take off all the different stickers there's a little flap here that that that's what opens up there's a sticker that you got to take off of that and then also know that it's got a weight switch so you can't just turn it on mess with it you actually have to be sitting on it and a child won't set it off either I think you need to be over 80 pounds or 90 pounds for this thing to work
