we were at 261 seventh Street in the town of tracee Minnesota On January in the beginning of January and we just dug a trench to replace this gentleman's waterline that was made of galvanized pipe and it sprung a leak underground and he's been without water for a little while and we're going to demonstrate how to change a curb stop valve live and this is my partner Nate mix and we specialize in this it's our favorite thing to do so as you can see he has cleaned the pipe really nicely so that the new compression fitting will hopefully slide right on to it when once we get a cut and then sanded down the pipe ory I already said that clean it now he's cutting it off and he think he's almost through and as soon as he cuts it off he has to try to be really quick in getting this other valve into place while it's in the on position and then tighten the fittings and then lastly turn off the valve so that's how the process goes yeah I've got theirs broken off okay here he goes he slides the valve on into position tighten well you got you got to tighten the compression fitting with a channel locks first I think doing great should be able to knock oh there we go and that is how should be good get an extra tight we don't want this like come back off there so then that is how you do it and the wet boots trout over time and always had to go and that has been the UM don't try this at home yeah yeah
