good afternoon team jarick here today today we're going to talk about tying a belt I've been asked a lot of questions about how to tie it we're gonna go over that today there are a lot of different ways to do it this is one way I do it and typically in our style where you're on one knee when you put it on and take it off for today I'm gonna do it standing so you can see everything so step one is you're gonna fold your belt in half I am using a white belt today so you can see it on my black key so you fold in half open it up you get the clothes on this round in here put it on your belly now you're gonna take your hands you're gonna wrap it around your back and in the back here you're going to crisscross it there Criss crosses then you come back to the front one underneath and one on top now here you're going to adjust it take your left tab flip it up through the hole in the back for you behind all the belts not in between now you can adjust it here you want to get it comfortable you don't want it riding up to height right on your waist is good again and you don't want the tabs one shorter or longer than the other one and try to even okay take a little practice but you can do it now you take the left one you come under flip it up and through adjust it just not your tight and there goes it should look like a square knot a little fortune cookie at the end and the tabs are pointing down they're pointing up you just turned it the wrong way so again this is how you tie your belt okay I want you to go home you practice it a couple of times three four times a day and then you do it a couple minutes each time and then at the end in a couple of weeks you'll know how to tie it okay team so one more time I'll give you a little slow up again fold it in half belt to the center wrap your hands around again when you go around you want a crisscross in the back and you fold underneath get it comfortable take your left come over through adjust it again don't get the tab make sure the tabs are even not one longer than the other left underneath up through the hole and pull tight and there is a square knot or a fortune cookie Thank You team one practice
