you okay so I'm out here on the matrix Scott and this is a 600 millimeter Nikon lives I don't own one of these yet it will soon this is what this was borrow lenses from I have it on my D 3 s we came out to take sunrise photos way way too early here we are as long as I'm here I thought I'd show you how how you're supposed to put one of these huge lenses into a tripod so this here is a gimbal and this is really right stuff and when I built it it came to these three parts and I'm going to set it right in here and every every one of these comes with a little bracket thing that you screw in here alright and this is what attaches alright so I'm going to set it in there okay and then I'm going to take this clamp and close it lock it in okay this is the center of gravity and it's incredibly easy just to move around it's really very heavy right but this makes it very easy to move around and 8so show you something else and this is on tripod legs and also from the right stuff you come over here on the other side over here try to show where the bubbles there's a bubble on top here and there's more bubbles here there's bubbles everywhere at the point of the bubbles is you want to try to get the bubble into the little circle so that everything is stable now you'll notice my bubble is not in the middle that's because we're on the beach and I keep moving around and the best way to get the bubble right is by adjusting your legs but it's a little bit like a professor layton problem it gets tough after a while especially as you keep readjusting so this head you could actually do little flying shifts like this I don't know if you can see this thing going back and forth if you're a little bit off you can just move it around and fix it like that okay these different dials do different things this one adjust how easily you can swing it up and down okay I usually just keep a little bit loose so I can move it as I need to okay this one adjust how you turn it sideways like that and that's basically it's basically how it works just that simple you
