hey guys Brian from bartending school freecom this is my good friend Courtney she stopped by today to help us show you some of the best holiday themed cocktails we come up with what swim home if it hits a boy that's a Bellini screech I had to make it alrighty well let's start with bring some ice in our shaker and this one calls for a to ask you announced your limoncello now we are building champagne which is carbonated in this shaker tin normally you don't want to shake carbonated things I was a little split on you but we're only using an ounce and we're not going to shake it very hard right corner when I gotta show you too hard so it should be safe enough and then just splash of lime juice pre-measured that's right go ahead though right I'll see you shaking that up I'm gonna going to put a sugar rim on a hearty last year so I'm going to coat that outside alone then we've got our plate of sugar here so I'm just going to dip in there stick pretty nicely I like to garnish it with a limit there you go believe me sick guys happy holidays
