Please explain how to make chic-fil-a recipe

hi I'm Rebecca Brandt and today we're gonna make a chick-fil-a po-boy Deacon's direct line from the chick-fil-a in my neighborhood and I'm gonna reconstruct it so you can make it at home oh and this is a very simple kids recipe I mean kids like chick-fil-a's cuz they're very simple it's just like a big chicken tender with bread and a couple pickles I mean we all know that so we need to see we have I see a bun I recognize that that bun is toasted for this recipe you will need a toaster it appears to have some oil or something on it with my research I find out that that is butter so you need butter and you need a fried piece of chicken this is a thickness that's what it looks like I am told it is white meat it is chicken breast I don't know if they flavored their flour on top I do believe that's flour on top so let's try it it's spiced so like a mouse tea I'm gonna try to figure out what's in it mmm it's crunchy - it's really good and we have two pickles and another side of that toasted bun and I do believe that is the coloration that butter would make on a toasted piece of bread I do believe that the spices in that crust is granulated garlic salt white pepper and paprika I can see flakes and taste of that paprika in there the white pepper gives it some heat if it were black pepper I would see black pepper flakes but upon close inspection there is no black pepper flakes if anybody sees a black pepper flake on it please comment I'd like to know because I feel my recipe is the correct one so the recipe for the crust is 1 cup white flour 1 tablespoon salt 1 teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder 1 teaspoon paprika and 1/2 tsp white pepper mix it around it looks white but is not white that paprika has colored it a little pinky now it's time to make the chick-fil-a a full chicken breast at your grocery store happens to be really big I don't know I'm eyeballing it I think it's about 1/6 the size of this chicken filet that I have in my hand here what's your guest at this point the recipe I just need to wash my hands if possible like how the same shape of that chick-fil-a that was in my sandwich for that is what fills out the bun on the same thickness but keep in mind these things shrink when you cook them he's gonna have a little more girth but that's just too much therefore he's getting filleted I'm going to cut him so he matches the same width a good sharp knife is what you need for a recipe like this here's my chick-fil-a I think I'm Matt to shape very well this video is brought to you by cuisine kitchen chef knife they sponsored this video and I'm so glad they did so I can show you how this whole chick-fil-a thing goes down bring half a pot of oil to not a boil I turn it on high for three minutes and then I'm gonna turn it on medium and put a lid on it so it heats up faster kids you need to time this for three minutes because if you don't you could have a fire in the house time for this chicky to take a dip in a little milk bath for spa purposes out she goes into flour turn her over a few times and push it down this is what they do in the restaurant cuz I've seen the video and when she's good and patted down in that flour and all those spices she's ready to get greased up our oil is now hot but still we need to check so we do a test-drive oh yeah cannonball the reason we only filled that halfway with oil is that bubble is gonna spring it up only do one piece at a time otherwise she could overflow and it could be quite dangerous that's gonna cook for approximately four minutes two thin piece of chicken it doesn't have to cook much longer than that I'm timing it for four minutes it's really hot so when I'm turning that down now it's time to put our buns in the toaster I had some issues with these buns there was large and the nervous is small but that chick-fil-a was right in the middle but the store didn't have that choice so I'm going with a small bun and I'm buttering it on both sides in they go it's been four minutes that's ready oh yeah that looks great so turn off your oil you don't want the house to burn down and drain the oil off a paper towel is fine so let's compare I think they're pretty close in shape I think I nailed it and all had to do with my cuisine kitchen chef knife course it's a professional kitchen chef knife it's super sharp did you see that cut it's a full eight inches it's made with high carbon German stainless steel with just well-balanced it feels really good in my hand it's got a light weight they're going on the candle it's durable it's rust proof and it comes with a really cool free knife sharpener and that's made by cuisine as well every kitchen needs a great knife whether you're a professional cook Oh like me or not done Chum see what I have to deal with there's issues there so here are two pickles and INGOs this chick-fil-a and don't they match let's cut him and see what's inside that's the one from chick-fil-a and now the one I made that you can make it home cook through and through they look the same let's taste him chick-fil-a oh come now the homemade recipe mmm made from home is better it may take a little time but that's great it's much more voice than the one you get but we kind of already knew that didn't we and one more taste test for the topping mmm that's good I like your topping I'm Navajo made I nailed it it's the same it's so good click link below get your cuisine kitchen chef knife every kitchen needs a fabulous knife it'll last forever and you have that sharpener for when things get a little dull I'm Rebecca brown subscribe to my channel and let's picnicking great densities in life like like a chick-fil-a in your own kitchen
