okay here we are in the opening day of rabbit season and 2010 were hunting at a few snares and we found a pretty successful rabbit lead or trail - some people call it that we've had success at in the as you can see the gold those nails really bust the month before so it's been pretty successful on this lead every go first you make your bed your rack you can thread your a strip like this for the loop and then make your loop about you know something to fit the fist or wearing the same size as a a rabbits and brothers head then we got a nice secure crossbar and cut one of these or using the probably one in the lead and you can use that one and the lower it down a bit because that's a bit too high and we'll get in here and that first wheel maker twist around here and twist in here a few times make sure it's nice and secure to the crossbar that way it won't be so much of a struggle for the rabbit it should die instantly whatever the bit of lock in that but sometimes it doesn't happen that way and unfortunately we have to dispatch them there when when we get to this we can check it this mirrors let some people calm snares some people call them slips well I'm former and the beaver Peninsula we call them slips okay that's it there now what we have to do now is get a couple ticks and bear it off so the rabbit doesn't go to one side or the other you use probably some twigs on the side of this foot inside the area and that send up okay let's go there we need another one for the other side screwed right in there nice and good here huh that's pretty good maybe lower little oh look at Rena hi yeah okay watch your fingers so that's Sarah that's our serious net now you you and that's what it should look like and there's a rabbit lead
