hey guys you're looking at the stock tweeter in your Toyota Tacoma as you can tell we've already removed the door panel you can get to this point by going to our website tako toons comm takes about five to seven minutes to get to this point and what we're going to do is we're going to show you our tweeter adapters that allow you to install aftermarket tweeters into your tacoma alright I've already taken the liberty of loosening the bolts so I'm gonna take loosen up the bolts I've removed the speaker harness takes us four seconds and out comes the old tweeter now we offer standard one-inch tweeter mount and then we offer custom sized tweeter mounts and the reason that we offer those tweeters come in just many many many different sizes I mean they'll vary within hundredths of an inch of each other so generally what we do here we've got a set of tweeter adapters that are custom sized for the CTX 65 cs sigma Doba CTX 65 CS components system form image dynamics what you do is you simply slip them in there we reattach the bolts and then we now have aftermarket tweeters and because the speaker size vary so much we generally cut these out just a hair larger than what the specs call for again they're within hundreds of an inch so in this case we took a little bit of tape applied it to the inside push the tweeter in and then now we've got a nice tight fit and we don't have to worry about that tweeter going anywhere some folks like to take screws and attach them we found that this works really well and again just slip down here take the stock bolts hmm oh okay install the other one install the other one and you're ready to rock and roll hope this answers your questions on our Twitter mounts and again on our website you can specify the size when you order the Twitter mounts specify the size and the model number that way we can make sure to get you the right size thanks a lot
