action welcome back to my line mama's messy kitchen line mama here the kids took a boat and they wanted me to do a video on my Tater Tot Casserole so I'm gonna be cooking with my stepson James say hi James alright so for those of you who are new to my channel and don't know I am totally blind and I'm just trying to show others that even if you have a disability or you lose your vision you can still cook so I have some ground chuck right here and I'm breaking it up with my fingers before I put it in the skillet that way I don't have small large chunks of meat I like them make sure there's an X right now okay so I'm just breaking up all the sweet telling my blind friends that might be listening with show like Chris and Cleo's going crazy and my dog of course but after you said hi it like hi to Everett like after he said Kersh is it hot so much he said hi in the dog voice yeah this is gonna be a lot I have to cook all of this if I bought it two days ago and I forgot to put it in the freezer so I'm on it you know okay yeah James will eat it this is pretty fast to make I've been making it firm for this family for a very long time so we're going to finish bringing this up and I start to season it and mix it all together but action okay it's all browned I had James drain the grease off I'm gonna add some garlic powder I have Braille on my lid there oh my god all right here's onion powder when you're blind you make messes when your sighted you make messes you did better on that one let's talk about your messes it's one those messy kitchen how can you help it there's no way at all right now see kitchen is the pepper mill is an air cleaner grinder whatever peppercorns put some pepper in it so that was a teaspoon of garlic powder a teaspoon of onion powder and a few good twists of pepper actually they do have a pork chop Tater Tot Casserole oh yeah then we're gonna add a can of drained corn can use any canned vegetable or any pressure so what you want I like corn good with peas too I've even made the green bean yeah and then you're gonna add a can of crude mushroom undiluted huh what's gonna know when you mix yum yum look at that he's freaking out over the wake room watch your looks yeah it's like a little onesie when is it all right stir it all around it's all fake I always thought for some reason it was gonna be liquid it's like a cream cream soup oh that's right now I forgot what jar is wet oh okay this is cozy this is onion the one that's white is onion that way you're both way garlic's not white is it yeah they both like garlic is white it's not why it's wrong this is garlic yellow to it but I looked it will kind of look like well of course it comes worse I'll take maybe one is using for all your sake I am NOT tasting garlic powder I've already tasted God I've already take the garlic clove of garlic and I don't taste into them you're gonna pour that into that Pyrex hands yeah bring your pirates over here so what you want to put it where they can see what you're doing oh okay yeah thank you can you see it over there nine by thirteen seven yeah he's a lefty just like me we're all have in there there's only two lefties in the house me and you and what goes with the Tater Tot Casserole is tater tots wait before you do that let me spread it out know how you do this is actually kind of like it's not so easy to spread it was gonna be close your eyes blindfold you yeah right nobody wants to do the blindfold cooking for me about me myself if I do the blindfold cooking challenge you're gonna have to only cover a one eye because I can't see I can't see any other and they any other thing is if I'm blindfolded there's gonna be crashed plates on floor he's gonna be cheese everywhere there's gonna be me tomorrow on ye of little faith yeah nobody wants to do this mindful cooking challenge I might oh sorry mom but I don't think you could see people try I think he didn't hear people try okay so Chris we just put a nice thick layer of shredded cheese on top of a hamburger hamburger mixture in this nine by 13 pan now my stepsons gonna put tater tops all over the top make them fit nice and snug all right my stepson would love to go to Colorado with you Chris on your party bus Oh whatever I had to rush all day in the kitchen I finally get to come home just to go back to the kitchen this is Mack James mcjones works at McDonald's yeah we're gonna happen hey are you just gonna do one at a time come on now you're aside it's time to keep our word Jimmy you can do one at a time I look forward okay pour some in there don't be crazy all right thank you camera see how much faster this is gonna be my game camera yeah you Kaitlin has crazy hair today it's button one at a time tink tink tink all right put some more on there make them fit spread them out plug all the holes that's nice yeah no see there's gaps you could put tater tots in the gap see so easy a blind girl can do it look we got gaps we cannot have yet my OCD will not allow gaps in the tater tot casserole yes I'm gonna knock just crazy okay I think we're getting it what do you need see any more gaps no yes no yep I'm not gonna sprinkle any seasonings on top we're just gonna throw at the oven okay I won't throw it we're gonna put it in the oven 425 degrees for 30 minutes and then we will show you what it looks like ah action okay I spent 30 minutes and I'm going to take it out of the oven it smells so good I know I always say that but I can't help it mmm it's bubbly oh yeah yum-yum-yum it smells so good cheese is bubbling everything's bubbling I can't wait the kids can't wait to zoom in on it Kate yep all that cheese you know a mushroom soup mmm I'm over here drooling YUM I can't wait to eat it all right so if this is your first
