hi my name is Robert and today I'm going to show you how to do a double overhand loop it's really simple not really quick but it's very strong so let's take a look at it as you can see here I've already got my line I've already got a bite pulled into it like so basically we're going to do is we're just going to take this and create the overhand knot like so now this would just be a regular overhand loop push this down a little bit so let's grab a little bit more on this basic we're going to do it once again just pull it through like so then as we pull on it it's going to create a blood knot shape or a barrel shape see a little like so and always work your ropes to make sure that your knots look really good because if the knot looks really good it usually means that it's gonna be a stronger knots and there we go that's the way it should look there's your double overhand knot my name is Robert and thank you for watching me tie a double overhand knot
