I've got two of them I'm going to do the same thing ready with both of them except I think I'm going to put this one in gram flour and when I say fries why actually means sort of baked in the oven with a bit of oil probably olive oil something like that I don't recover the X chop it up and I'm gonna just leave this with a bit of oil and some salt and that's what I'm gonna have I think you can do quite a lot of other things I've seen you can mash both these vegetables you can basically do everything that you can do a potato with these things so you can make a stew you can make soup be a thick soup you could do some sort of cake sweet potato cake I also looked up yam cake and I looked up on a recipe Kate with yeah and I think it would have been this sort rather than this sort but one of the things I did you can choose what you want is it so do you want fish in your cake no is the answer to that I do not want this in my sweet cake I know fish cakes are a thing but I do not want fish in a cake if I'm gonna make it so if I am gonna chop these up I probably I hope this freezes this is gonna be a lot left over I'm just going to use a little bit because I can't get that much in the oven I've only got a tiny oven really telling the other so I'm gonna peel it and chop it wish me luck right I'm going in for it ah right that's quite difficult Oh juice but I'm gonna cut that much off so I've got all the rest of it to do other things with so that it's nice it's all juicy so I'll just peel this bit and then chop it up so that's got a nobody bit on the top to chop this up a bit definitely a smaller knife than that because the big knife it's not gonna chop it very well just gonna cut myself so I'll just carry on doing this and then get back to you when it's fully filled so I've peeled that we're gonna scrape this the big which I'm going to do now I don't that you need to get rid of all the skin just as the majority of the skin so I've got this cut it in half just to make it slightly easier thing but I've got a lot I cut them up for about 25 minutes we have some oil on them I'm gonna put maybe a tablespoon of oil mix it around a bit and then hopefully they'll come back and they'll be loving crispy and I put the oil on I actually coated these with a little bit of chickpea flour gram flour and some sea salt and then I'm gonna put them in the upland I did them for about 25 to 30 minutes depending on how crispy one of them on quite a high leave I put them on the lace heater from just 250 which of the what that is in other things I think that ever think I taste one of them now I know what sweet potatoes price a cycle of every thought but these this is a young one so chewy so in the middle it's like a hard chip or fried tomato stretch like potato with a slight tiny town of bitterness but not very much I think this would be nice with salt pepper or garlic if you are a vegetarian or if you're not vegetarian I think that nutritional yeast would be nice on these or chili powder that would be nice or sumac yeah that would that would be really nice so anything I'm pretty sure so you probably use these in any way that you use potato so yeah I have to think except for baked potato because there are massively you want a baked potato with them they're like that big it's a lot of baked potato try I don't need to eat it each door in one sitting you might you might right well I'm gonna eat these Devin
