hello everyone you are in endurance laser lab do you know what is this dot it's not serious or Vega it is a spot of our new 8 watt diode laser it's only 1% of its power ok but it show us what this guy can do ok we will cut do a laser cutting or on a plywood 4 millimeters thickness only one one pass so this is the most powerful laser have a look at this is this a most powerful laser that endurance has ever made and trust me it's one it is one of the most powerful diode lasers in the world Chinese guys they usually say that they have a but normally the consumption of the laser is on the 8 Watts here the consumption is about 40 watts so it takes 4 amps and about 12 volts of current and it's really really hot so as you can see we added here additional cooler so this is one cooler on the laser and two additional coolers on the left and on the right so it flows it cools our system it's really important because these lasers they are very very powerful and generate a lot of heat so yeah it's like 4 millimeters of thickness of a plywood and it does cutting with only one path it's really really good result so we are happy that after two years of assembling and making lasers finally we reached this goal so this laser can be installed on most on any 3d printer or CNC router here we use a standard DIY machine you can buy something like this on Aliexpress it's like four two three four hundred dollars depends on manufacturer but make sure that you have enough power on your adapter because here we additional cooling system and additional power with our with our power circuit so as you can see it does really well so here in our laser we use a lens gg2 so this lens has focal range focal length is about eight millimeters so it's almost like co2 laser so it's almost hitting there the surface okay now you can see that it's only one pass and now burries will remove it out of a plywood so it's it's it's really amazing guys the max we think you can cut is up to ten millimeters of a plywood but probably will require multi passes and so you saw it with your own eyes we did it really really fast and one path for 8 watt diode laser from endurance hope that you liked this video if you want to learn more about our laser or purchase it please don't hesitate and write us an email GF at endurance robots comm or visit our website endurance laser comm hope that you like this video please share with your friends and have a wonderful engravings bye bye [Applause]
