number one and number three is over here so we're going to take number two again we're going to look for this next available rope right here and we're going to go through the next one which is this up and over now we're going to flip this a little bit we're going to take number three number three is going to go over this one and through the next one now we're going to flip it over and we're going to take number one and number one is going to go over this one and through the next available which is this one right here over this and through this next available right here okay now we're going to flip it back every time you flip it back so you got number number two here number one here number three here and that's really important now we're going to go ahead and take this number to go over this and through the next available over here flip it a little bit you can take number three go over this one through the next available now we're going to flip it again a little bit and now we're going to go ahead and take number one I'm going to go over this one and through the next available you can see these two come out sideways there you go now we're gonna flip it back over and when you flip it back over make sure twos here once here in threes here and we're going to go ahead and go over this one here and through the next available flip it a little bit take number three go over this and three the next available if you make a mistake you can still unwind this all the way down and start all over but it's best to pay attention and go slow if you need be every time just lay the late lay these out and when you lay them out you can pull you can see the next available and then once you find the next available you can go over this one and through the next available it's almost like braid and hair once you have that through you're going to flip it back over every time flip it back over and double check if you want make sure number one seer number two number two number one and number three and you're gonna go ahead and do the same thing over this three the next available flip it a little bit take number three go over this three the next available flip it a little bit like you say if you want pull these out look for the next available here's the variable so go over this and through the next available now I'm going to flip them all back and when I flip it back this is number two number one number three so we're going to go over this and through the next available now and take number three you can go over this and through the next available now I'm going to flip it a little bit spread these out and when you spread them out remember you pull when you pull you can see the next available so you can go over this through the next available okay flip them all back so I'm almost ready to take for the next section I'll go a couple more times here take number two no more number three take number two go over this and through the next available flip it a little bit take number three over this through the next available now we're going to flip it a little bit more spread these two out spread them out and you can see here is available so go over this with number one through the next available now flip them all back once again you have number two number one and number three you're simply going to look for the next available which is here you can go over this number one number three if you take your ruler the first section here was about seven and a half inches this next section here that I tapered just right around six and a half inches that's good enough for me now I'm going to go ahead and do this process all over I'm going to go ahead and cut four more there's one one two three four make sure you have four and I'm going to go ahead and give this a cut there it is now what I'm going to do is go ahead and burn it again sit down okay I just want to do a little bit more once you take that off a little bit get it away from the other ropes now that's sticking out higher okay there's one now just gonna take this going to snip it disregard that now this one here it's dinner I'm gonna come over here take four one two three four I'm gonna cut it and now pull that out a little bit and I'm gonna go ahead and melt that down remember this melting real important so get it right okay once you got that melted down and put it together pull it down I like to give it one more little zap so I get down a little further over here make sure they're all stuck together okay that's number two and now we'll get the third one over here once again let's take four one two three one two two three four oh if you must make a mistake and get five you know that's okay but try to keep it uniform because you want the thickness to be the same all the way around when you're pulling up your anchor it just makes things flow effortlessly so the extra line does not get stuck and does not pull uneven get tangled witnesses to be temperamental so why give them a reason to give you a problem when you're out there on the sea with rough weather and stuff like that I happen to pull my anchor up and down many times trying to anchor over a spot so I like to keep it flowing really really nice and that's why I use the windlass because the anchor goes up and down many times and when you got a big boat with a heavy anchor you really want to use that always bring out a ball with you an orange ball the buoys so if your windlass messes up you still get your anchor up without that you're not going to be able to pull your anchor out if you have a heavy anchor so that ball that orange ball you see on the front of a lot of commercial boats it's there for a reason it's not there for looks okay this one messed up a little bit so I'm going to have to get a grip get a grip and pull it out here a little bit more like say wanna make sure this is done right so since I I feel it needed a little bit more to pull it out further it's separated a little bit when I was melting it so there and now I really got a good melting on it which goes together a little bit tap it down okay that one's done good now okay now I got that up okay you know this I could pull that up further and now I'm going to zap it even better this was a problem one okay it looks good all the way around so what we're gonna do is we're gonna take this excess right here I'm gonna cut it off there you go so there there's another so now you have three different sets here set number one here you can see the left number two and number three so you can see I took off three different steps at three different sections so now what's gonna happen here is rid of all this don't know Sam these three here and put this one off okay these three sections here once again I'm gonna line them up I'm gonna have number two here number one here number three years we went from wide to little thinner and now this section is going to finish it off nice and thin yeah we're going to just start all over again here's number two didn't go over this and through the next just like we never stopped the only thing we did was spin out these lines here's that now we can take number three you can go over this one through the next available I'm gonna flip it spread these out the same as before and when they're spread out you can see in the next available you can go over this through the next available and we're gonna repeat this process till it's all done flip them back when you flip them back you got the two here one here three here just going to go over this through the next available I'm gonna take number three and go over this one through the next available and go ahead and flick up and take number one and go over this one spread these two you can see the Knicks available right there you can grab this next available one once again over this through the next available just like that flip them back over now we've got number two number three and number one I'm going to go ahead and go over hand pull number three - you'll see it opens up a little bit grab it you can go over this one through the next available flip them all back and you got two one three now you're gonna take well let's three go over this one through the next available flip-up got number one in my hand got number two and three pull it there's the available one gonna push it through just like that pull it just weaving it now we're gonna switch them all back and now we've got number two number one and number three almost down to the end here put it through the next available flip it tape number three go over this three the next available flip it again take number one over this spread these two there it is grab the available one take this over this one through the next available flip them back over I like the whole way down to the end if I got the rope here's number two you can go over this one flip it take number three go over this one through the next available flip it again hold number one spread these two look for that next available and we're down to the end over here so now pretty much as you can see we went from thick to thin or terms to real thin so this is going to go through the windless real easy I'm just gonna go ahead and tighten these up real good and when you tighten it kind of hold one go all the way down it's still still tighten them up okay I feel that these are nice and tight so what I'm going to do now this is of course we're going to go ahead and grab this and burn it I'm gonna cut it and burn it right at the end so we at the end we cut that off we're going to burn this last little section over here hopefully my life is still working don't know what's up of course it's a video make sure you got this good give it twist okay you know doing this is easy enough but doing it and trying to make a video this is the easiest thing I'm not really a video person but I'm doing this for our club you know I like instructional videos our club is all about learning so if you want here that will protect the rest of the rope go ahead and heat this up they'd work on that one because I wasn't really twisting but just go ahead and twist it well hopefully on this video you learned enough to where you go ahead and and do your own so you can save money by not having to hire anybody to do it okay twist it nicely pull a little bit let's see if I can melt this all down and get it to work over here I'm going to have to fill my lighter up again okay that should have it right there give it a little touch-up down to the left and the last one give me a little bit of it I hear lighters culinary go Hey melted it together nicely that dry here a second let it harden up don't ever put your finger on there and drop it on you you will get burned instantly and it will stick to you okay so end up those those will tuck down in there a little bit so here you have it here's ug for anchor line for your Lynch what's gonna happen is the anchor the oncogene is holding the anchor down so it's gonna drop into the water when this goes ahead and pulls up as you can see we started off thick we went thinner and we went to the thinnest so it's almost the same size here as the line so it's going to pull through you in your windlass real easy and as you can see a lot of people only go up to here I went extra long because I like to taper it off nicely it doesn't hurt anything and it really
