hey everybody today I'm going to show you how to grill a filet mignons oh yeah baby well here you see two 10-ounce filet McDonald's we're going to use some kosher salt on both sides as that is the best for drilling I'm also gonna put some freshly ground black pepper on that oh ya been now we're going to take her out to my gas grill turned up all the way when I open the lid it was 500 degrees in there so I'm gonna cook them a little bit by shutting the grill down the lid for about 4 minutes and i'm going to turn them and do it again and i'm gonna turn them over four minutes and do a flip on them select lat oh yeah now you can cook these without put the lid down I find it easier to give it about three or four minutes you know and every time you turn and when they come in these four medium by the way just look at those base with you yeah turned out muy excelente yeah we all just a quickie for you I hope y'all have a fantastic day and go out and grace fillet Mick knows and don't forget facebook
