hey this is tristan and hip cooks in West Los Angeles and today I'm going to show you how to make an artichoke parmesan dip so I've got my ingredients spread out here six and a half ounces of quartered and marinated artichoke heart I've drained those of that extra olive oil and they're just going to go right into the bowl I have eight ounces of cream cheese so take this apart and I'm going to break it up when you put it in that will make it easier for stirring and eight ounces of mayonnaise so crazy enough that's this whole jar mmm a way to lighten up this dip if you'd like is instead of using the full-fat cream cheese you can use what they call neuchâtel which is a third of the fat and you can use low-fat or nonfat minute and the little added spice with the diced green chilis get these whatever heat you want mild medium or hot and about half this can four and a half ounces and then some grated Parmesan cheese I put a cup in and then save another half of the cup for the top alright so get that mixed up in here if you have a hand blender or KitchenAid you can certainly use that to mix this up I've got the oven set at 350 and my little oven proof casserole dish right here so dump this into your pan or container if you have tons of cream cheese in there that's okay they are going to melt don't fret about that if you are mixing with your hand and then take the rest of that Parmesan cheese which is about a half a cup and sprinkle on the top this will go and oven for about 35 minutes looks good that was in for about 30 minutes this is not something you want to dig right into unless you want to burn mouth so let this cool for a little bit and that is how to make artichoke parmesan dip enjoy thanks for watching if you'd like to see any other videos please send your emails to request at mahalo to calm and in the meantime check out our other videos
