welcome to my casa hey today we are making Peru's most famous dish in ceviche at home of course now everybody has their own way of making ceviche this is just the way we do it in Gaza or in my house um so you know don't kill me if I got something wrong but you know I hope you enjoyed the video and let's get started here's the list of what you'll need first of all it is very important to have many lives for this dish as it is the juice that becomes the legend bigger literally means juice of the Tigers we will need this lime juice to mix with ginger rockauto drove off frisco which is fresh ricotta celery and throw some pieces of tilapia fish blend it make sure while you're doing all of this you're already boiling or potatoes and sweet potatoes since it takes a little while to come now for the tilapia make sure that when you're doing your tilapia you cook it a little bit in really hot water and you know just kind of boil it once cooked then add your spices here we are going to salt white pepper animoto then once all the spices are in take your clean hands and make sure so really like blend those spices with your hands so the spices can really get inside the skin or the meat of the fish then we are going to add the blended mixture from earlier add the lime juice chop up your celery and add it to the bowl everybody has a different salt level um add as you wish add as much as you think or as little as you think this your ceviche needs next we're going to add a homo level or garlic that's already been molded then you're going to add pieces of cilantro this will give your signature color and finely slice some red onions until long pieces and add it into the bowl tato and sweet potato are ready add spice irapuato and when provecho hope you enjoy from my casa to your casa
