in this video I'm going to explain to you how to make an armature for a small figure that'll work for anything up to about half life-size figure just using armature wire but anything bigger than that you really want to start using some metal poles for some more solid structure what I do is I get my pool rachet of house Weaver you can see here and in the back they have an illustration of the basic seven and a half head in proportion figure which is your basic portions of the human person so if you decide how tall we want your person divide it by seven and a half that's the size of your head and then if you draw out that illustration to whatever size or photocopy print it whatever then you can use that to create the outline of your armature you you
