it's come time for me to bottle my copper tongue ginger beer today really excited I'm looking forward to tasting this I put the flavorings a sheet specially in a few days ago seemed to bubble but i'm not sure why weezer attend some sugar in it and but yeah stop bubbling now i put it up on a balloon on it and it's not bubbling the air gap is gone slightly back to here so we're going to take a look at it look at that smells very gingery and and alcoholic which which is very good the light isn't very good in here at the moment but I well I'll leave the lid slightly over like this just to keep it protected but I don't want the airlock to suck anything back inside I'm of the year life and um I'm going to do my bottle fuller on here I'm just going to quickly take a little sample here waste that engineer very proper I'm gonna take another sample take a hydrometer reading there was a lot of talking here like that's what carbonated still so still with the bubbles we're reading about 1.05 and so be slightly less than that without the bubbles in there which is good tuck this back in here cuz I'm not wasteful we'll get on with our putting it in bottles so I cleaned and sanitized everything I'm going to quickly chrome Chrome these bottles 22 teaspoons per 1.5 litre just under three teaspoons per to Leah sort of 1.25 they don't will be just under two right now that they've all been crowned time to start bottling these see what we've got sao paulo illness and i recently got a tip from rookie birth and you see it to squeeze out all the year before you put the lids on and they make perfect sense to me that's a good idea thank you for that tip lucky bird give this good shake up and I'll continue following these up inna then we'll have a look at what the they look like a theme so it comes with the end and this is what we got lift back in here what's up please still smells the right though the ginger beer itself smells real nice and give it a shake all the way through so what I'm going to do now is you can see that the sugars resettle back on the bottom just a little bit of it so gave them all the shake after I filled them all and now what I'm going to do is when I've got to put them on my arm closet I'm gonna give them all another shake on the way to the closet just to get the stuff off the bottom and then in a few weeks time will be tasting time
