hi guys shucks her and welcome back to my channel for this week's video and it is 5 ways Canadians shovel snow okay so the first type of snow removal we have is you know like after you've made your path you've got this push and slide things so you just kind of like have to push your snow shovel and slide it along the top of the snow to try to smooth it out and make a path this is especially helpful along cement sidewalks but we don't have a cement sidewalk here today to demonstrate on so let me show you with our shoveled walkway that's a technique that works on sidewalks it's pretty basic and simple you just kind of like smooth out little things that have come across it basic sidewalks so the next technique that we have is called the trunk and screed and it's been you've got like a walkway or something you got a slam your snow shovel into it to chunk it off and then scrape it up just to get it out of the way sometimes that's the only way sometimes you have to clear part of your pathway away so you've got to chop the mountain or cut a brick you got a mountain of snow here we have to move so while we're here let's demonstrate another technique of shoveling called the scrape and flick sometimes the snow is so heavy impact in all you can do is scrape it from the top I mean scrape it from the bottom and flick it sometimes that's just all that you can do and then finally for today you know there's always that jerk that's working in a group that thing's flicking it over your shoulder is the best way to get snow out of the way but on a windy day that's just not nice and sometimes as quai counterproductive well let's have a look at it anyway [Applause] [Applause] all right you guys that's it for me thanks so much for joining me outside to play on a snow day I guess this is what happens after you deal with the blizzard for two days yeah movin snow is hard work and don't forget as Canadians we get to do this over and over and over again so once again thanks so much for joining me shoveling snow Oh woods good times please make sure you click one of these boxes going on around my head subscribe to the channel so you know what's going on and yeah I will see you next time on the channel so you're gonna have to subscribe I'm so random okay I'll see you later thanks for joining me bye hot chocolate
