hello how are you doing I hope you are doing great I hope you're doing good wherever you are so today I wanted to cook some things and I just decided to share with you guys some tips and tricks with which you can use to cook your beans I know excuse me I know some of us we like to eat beans well before I don't normally like to eat beans because after if he needs it will cost me stomach upset if either I'm forging or important again I'm captaincy so I I hated it I never loved eating beans but then my mom just made some things as launch or maybe breakfast and whenever I see it or whenever I notice that that's what we are having for the day I feel so sad because I don't like it simply so I'm growing up I started eating beans and I see that beans is a very good food it has protein all right it's a very good source of adding protein to our daily meals so I started liking beans always fun to save love in it especially when I cook it with jollof rice or maybe it is that way with some soft garlic so and as time goes on and now notice that there is a way you can make your base without releasing some gas or you know without button I've been doing this for a very long time and it has really been helping out and it can also reduce the amount of cooking processes the amount of time used in cooking deep beans so what I now discovered what I like to do now is to soak the beans overnight or maybe if I'm in a rush I can soak it for like two to three hours that's where the piece will relieve the gas in it and it will help in the cooking process because some of us we don't like food that takes us hours to make so and maybe that's probably why you rejected beans that's probably why you know that it beans because of the fatty acid in it and because of the cooking the amount of time you spent when cooking the beans so I just decided to share with you maybe you are not aware of this and I hope this video helps you out soon know how to cook your beans without spending much time in the kitchen and it without Dustin's so let me quickly show you the beans that I am about to make and show you how you can do it to reduce the fatty acids in the beans let's go so this is the best I'm talking about and this is a wise bit or you can call it the black-eyed beans yes well in Nigeria we call it loca yes yes that's what we call it in Nigeria if my mom wants to send me to grab by this she will say well bye oh look a penis for me you know loca yeah so this one has been soaking in water for about three to four hours now normally I do leave it to soak in water overnight so as you can see the beans is very white and color and it doesn't seem like it has any dirt in it go look at this water you can see you know some of this is the mistake all most of us make we just watch this and add it to the port just like that but if you do it this way by nice for some hours it will be able to release out this dirty water you are doing here this is what is caused ending they got you are relieving whistling just eat okay that's not how to cook it does not the best way to cook your beans all right look at this water here this is what you have probably been eating for a very long time so you need to go through this process if you decide that after eating beans is that scourging or you start releasing that I mean we know that it can really be embarrassing sometimes so this is probably what you have been eating and I just hope that after watching this video today you will learn new things all right so you need to go through this process by soaking it in water leave it for at least 5 good hours before you cook your piece the way you normally cook your beans or you can leave it on your kitchen counter overnight and cook it the next day so we can you know reduce the amount of gas in degrees and they reduced the amount of time you will spend in kitchen nobody wants to sleep in the kitchen just because they are making some food for the family so I think with this
