hi I'm Hassan from Explorer gear and today I'll be showing you how to start a fire the first thing that you'll need is they explore your paracord bracelet there's a few features to this paracord bracelet the first is the fire scraper the paracord a whistle a compass and the fire started rod the other thing that you'll be needing is tinder for the purposes of today's video I'll be using cotton cotton tends to ignite very easily but you could also use things such as leaves twigs whatever you can find out in the wild that being said I do recommend that you carry some cotton with you when you go camping so the first thing that you need to do is get your paracord bracelet you're gonna get this fire started rod and you're gonna go ahead and scrape the paint off of it like so and you keep scraping until it's deep like this one now I've already practiced with this one today but it's basically the same concept you just keep scraping here until it gets deep like that once it gets deep like that is very easy to ignite ignite a spark and that's exactly what we're going to go ahead and do all you have to do is ignite a spark aim it at your tinder and you'll start a fire and being that this is our home we're gonna go ahead and take that fire out that's how you start a fire
