and half glass rice flour this is the first step to make tasty phirni i have taken six glass milk, now put the milk in
pot, add green cardamoms and let it boil. turn the flame medium and let it simmer for 15
minutes. use the whole creame milk when it boil mix the fat which appears on the
sufrace back into the milk it will give the rich taste to the dish. now mix the rice flour and milk or water and
