hey folks i'm chris thornton and if you've ever had a large candle like this you've probably only got the thing burnt about halfway down before you've needed to blow it out seems kind of a waste but with the wick all the way down there it's difficult to light it but there's a quick and easy way to solve that problem let me show you how with a large candle like this if the wick is about halfway down try to light it with a lighter with a small flame like this or with a match it's just not going to reach and if you tip this up and try and get the lighter in there you're probably just going to end up with molten wax all over your fingers if you don't have a specialized tool like a taper to reach down in there then you can improvise and there's a really simple piece of equipment which you probably have in your home you probably wouldn't think of it though it is a stick of spaghetti so if you take your stick of spaghetti set fire to the end of it with your lighter should catch fire fairly easily there we go you can now reach down into your candle with this lit stick of spaghetti there we go just blow that out and you should now be able to see that my candle in here is lit i hope that video was useful to you if it was please leave a comment or a like or alternatively you can check out my other videos just here or here or if you click here you can subscribe thanks for watching
