so this is a half cup approximately so don't rush everything a fox see and you can use the golden ones or the brown ones these are the brown ones and then you put some water why that maybe to cover it and then you stir it up so that's the stuffed on the top well sink to the bottom basically what we're doing is soaking the flax and hydrating it and then I'll start to activate because when you eat Fox just normal it's you know what actually absorbs the nutrients because it's stuck in his hard shell so it doesn't really do much good to eat just playing Fox so you gotta wake it up and put some water on it and it starts to potentialize and activate and do all these awesome things and dances around and then give it some water so let it soak for like 10 ish minutes and you'll be able to tell but it's time because it'll be more goofy that's a scientific there's like each team will have a little bit of a gelatinous layer about it so here's the flax it's been soaking for like probably half an hour right now but it's really only necessary to suck it 50 minutes or so so basically however if you want it to thicker milk then you put more flex and if you want thinking about clean put like I put quite a bit okay so you can see that it's time to turn light and you basically just want to blend it until all of the seeds go away ground up and it gets really frothy it's obviously easier for them and I've tried to do this with like I'm just a metal strainer before and it takes forever and it's really annoying I don't suggest it this is way easier pour it in and then squeeze it you milk a little wax under [Laughter] the cool thing about this milk is that there's no waste involved with a lot of other vegan milks you I mean you buy them from the store and they're in a tetra pack which they say our recycle they have a little recycle symbol on it and you look at closer and it says recyclable where facilities exist and it's actually pretty rare then they end up in a landfill which is so this is a good way around producing that ways cuz flax you can get it in bulk and bring your own container it's like a dollar something a pound depending wake up so it's really affordable and super nutrient dense with omega-3 and omega-6 yeah this is really good for you but it for the environment so afterwards you're gonna have a lot of pulp leftover you could toss it but I don't recommend it cuz it's really good there's so much fiber and yeah it's like basically just ground flax and you can use this in your vegan baked goods because it can work as a binder you can put it in rice or beans something where you wouldn't really feel the grainy texture of it I'm gonna make some vegan cheesecake later and use it in the cross I'll make two different flavorings one will be the more subtle [Applause] and then we get so there's that Cheers
