there are expert grillers and expert grillers they just go out in a t-shirt with a couple like a spatula and pair of tongs and it'll make a big deal out of it and they know how to grill I can always pick them out of the crowd then there's the guys who say they're the expert grillers right and they have the big apron with grill master on it and a hat and a grill tool set like on their belt you know they can't grill they do it like twice a year lighter fluid you know big explosion when they put the match in those guys at the grill flip things four thousand times because they're grilling and they have to do something okay the best way to grill is to really take yourself out of the equation let the grill do its job
