hi I'm Amy odd and I'm here to tell you how to bake or broil your hotdogs this is a very simple way to make hotdogs at home if you don't want to spend the time boiling the water and the dogs so you just take a foil lined sheet pan and spray with nonstick spray and line up your dogs pre-heat your oven to 400 degrees and bake for 10 minutes and to broil do the same steps for baking only you set your oven to broil I recommend setting your oven rack to the second setting from the broiler because they will cook quickly 1 to 2 minutes per side keep an eye on them because they will burn the difference between baking and broiling is boiling will give you more of a charred grilled flavor versus baked which is more of a roasted flavor and do not slit or cut or puncture the hotdogs because you're going to release the juices and make them dry out so just lay them on the sheet pan and they'll do the rest thank you this is amy i showing you how to bake or boil your hot dogs you
