so you're gonna just point it at me oh just while we're walking bro hey guys Stephen here back with another video today I'll be teaching you how to do the 3d stereoscopic stopping stopping stopping effect I yeah I'm just gonna show you guys like some of the photos on screen and then we're gonna go to photoshop and I'll be teaching you how to edit yeah yo slippery over they like shout out to an aperture for sending this out so now that you guys have seen some examples of this effect in action I'll be showing you guys how to do this in Photoshop there's actually different names for this effect it's not just called the 3d stereoscopic effect it's also called the Marissa mass effect because in a lot of Mercer masses music videos he does this um it's also in lil yachty eat broccoli video if you guys want to check that out there's the same effect and a lot of other videos as well um there's actually a camera that does this exact thing without any you know post-processing or anything like that it's called Anna chica and 8000 basically it has like four different lenses and basically it'll take like four different perspectives of one object so essentially for the taking pictures part of things because I didn't really show you guys how to do that all you want to do is make sure that your object is still so if it's an object like a laptop that's pretty easy because it won't move unless there's like a ghost or something but if it's a person like I did you want the person to stay still and you literally just take a picture move a little bit take a picture and move a little bit take a picture you want to go like around them not just you know like this this this right like just not horizontally you want to actually go like around their face so like this not just right you can do this with your phone your DSLR camera you don't need a 3d camera if you did have a 3d camera you wouldn't have to do this second part of the video but yeah let's just get into that part and if you guys want to win my preset pack for Lightroom I just comment below anything and I'll choose three winners um so yeah let's just get into the actual editing person so the first thing I wanted to do is go to photoshop and you want to open up your pictures so I have a bunch of them here I'm just gonna choose a couple of photos that I want so you can see here a lot of these photos are like multiple versions of themself and you can probably you know see that you know they were taken all at the same time I actually took like eight photos at a time for each like sequence I think I like this right here it looks all the same and so yeah I'm just gonna select four so before you get started with anything you want to make sure that your timeline is right here so you want to go to window and select timeline and you'll want to also select create frame animation and not create video timeline there's a difference okay so what did the first photo and essentially what you want to do is just drag the next photo onto the first photo and then line up the object so if you line up the object you want to lower the opacity so object in this instance is you know the face or the person so you can see here it's not perfectly lined up it's kind of like a little bit off so using your control and arrow keys you can just shift them up and down shift will move it up five frames or right five frames are down five frames or left five frames and control will move it 1 frame i'm gonna use control and arrow keys so down arrow or you can simply just move it like this i think using the arrow keys is a little bit more precise so here you go and i think this is the best we can probably do and once you're done lining it up you want to increase the opacity to 100 and then you want to do the same thing for the next pictures so line it up lower the opacity so you can see so i'm using ctrl + the up arrow or actually down arrow you can do this all manually using your mouse but i think using the keys are better so there you go and then you want to increase the opacity right here so you can actually just use two photos you can see what that does see it already has some motion and you can loop this and it will look really cool right but i want to use for photos in this instance so you can have more to work with also let's drag this on and we're gonna do the last one um so let's lower the opacity here and just line it up so arrow key left and then there we go and then increase this c100 opacity so once you're done all that you want to create frame animation so just click on that and you want to press on as a down arrow press other and select this delay at zero point zero nine this is the best for me personally I think this is the perfect you know second rate I guess that's what you call it and we're gonna press up okay and so all you want to do is hide all the other layers but the one you want to show so the first one you want to show it want to make a new layer or a new frame and then show this you can do one show this make a new one show this and then we're gonna press on this and make it loop forever so press play and then there you go it's as simple as that so once you're done with that you can press file export save for web and this is for a gif or Jif I don't really care how you see it uh-huh and then you can just select on here where it says JPEG it's just loading a bit right now you can select gif or Jif and then see if as but a gif or Jif uh-huh I don't want to start any controversy here has a bit of lower quality um than an actual video file so if you do want to render it what you can do is just loop it a bunch of times so you can just select all this so press ctrl and click on these and then once you've highlighted all these you just want to press the new button right here and they're not duplicated so you can just keep doing that I would do this a couple times probably like 30 or 40 times so here it'll just keep looping and then what you can do is press file export render video and then render it in case you don't like that type of look because it's a little bit more harsh what you can do is create a more like boomerang type thing more gif or Jif type thing so that's pretty simple you just want to make a new frame hi the know the last one that appeared make a new frame hide the second last month up here and then one more time and then you can just play it and there you go um yeah I hope you guys enjoy this video hopefully helped you out if you did hit that thumbs up button my name is Steven and I'll see you in the next
