475 degrees that's what I got denters of preheating on 475 here I've got three cups self-rising flour I got a big big handful of em are powdered buttermilk stuff kind of like that in their hips down a little bit I've got maybe two of these spoon flats of teaspoons we're out there big long handle I've got one of those full of sea salt coarse ground in there that's all it's in there let's put some oil in it cheesy biscuits that's what we're making cheesy biscuits and we'll look at one of them when we drag it out of that of it bout you know a little bit more than a quarter of a cup not like that maybe there's some napa more let's put some milk in there cheesy biscuits you have to have cheese if people have a cheesy biscuits what I've done is I've throws these and they're in that freezer part of the frigerator dice that up that's a shot of colby cheese rapture dice them up about a quarter inch covering the sides are on that die set up for them here oh it's gonna be good you know ain't nothing like good cheese biscuit their special in the Craven wood but that right there was about a quarter of a block you know water main let's put something mrs. put it all in there and milk stir this right here we want to put a decent best get no ball see a start coming together after a meal you know well how much milk we put in there well you see me do it you know but let's go we good this will get up live with her hand store get Nyssa think we're not big little more Flair in there it's looking pretty good though yeah I'm locking that better all time we work with that put some flare out on the side border get that growler cheese and all looking better all the time we've that's going to be a pretty good don't be a pretty good biscuit you know if you don't do you get you on them rolling the pants rolling pin you know they tell me they tell me they make one of them rolling pins that you can you can fill it up with water and it'll be cool you heard about one of them cheesy biscuits I mean I don't think there would be any objections whatsoever if you entered one of these cheesy biscuits at the State Fair you know just make up one of these and and an inner internet hitting in hit enter it in there we're gonna bake it right up here on this page right here why sure about to have that up or just like it lays but i think i'm gonna have much success with the end up i can already see disaster coming so i'm just going pulled ahead like it's right here it's gonna be good you if your cheese a biscuit if you're cheesy biscuit is as good as this right here at this point right here if it looks this good right here you've done good see that basically almost if that pan right there that's going to work out re you how to make up real pretty Raptor but what you want to do whatever size you want your biscuits to be is what size you could um I mean you can make a little diagram you know if you own two Mama's gonna go with a squirt could only some right here start bout right here just go right down through gonna and kinda i'll show you a trick when you cut that kind of tilt the blade of your knife to one side of the other and it a scoop that biscuit over a little bit but for what these are just a little treat treat type biscuit i'm going to go with about a two inch i'm going to go without a two-inch square old number under but when Colby to it where to in if they don't break apart it's okay it's no consequences that they don't have to just kind of break them apart like a crumb crumb of the cake or something you know and any come up here and go if you want squad you know just kind of I side down through there luckily no foot squares and just run your knife right up through there it's just kind of pulmonary breaking point you know yeah you put some jam between these right here some have blackberry jam and that cheese will be talking good now and when end what I'm going to do them I'm gonna shove ease up in the 475 degrees preheated got that pan dusted with some Flair nonstick to start with about 15 minutes at that 475 where we're going to drag them out and put some jam on the couple loans I must go wrong that knife right down through there again I think they baked back together but you got that cheese in there you know it's running melting and going every which way little extra slice raspberries x3 its way to work we're going to serve them over there that's think it would get some servant side all right there just the power of them come out by yourself there's another pair right there around just follow that line right on down through there presentation sometimes it's everything it started right in there it's about perfect you know I'm obligated i feel like i should to impress i think i think we probably should just go ahead and all these right here this line up yo certain serve the whole platter maybe we might keep a couple over here for seconds got them center their presentation remember we have one more authority as a good nice square wood to cap off this the end them and price a couple filler in been there with this one right here fit right in perfect all right now let's serve them up right now offer sent them cheesy biscuits yeah that's just about goods i knew right there now let's surf on it let's just go ahead and serve us up some of these cheesy biscuits and get one to think i also have one just to critique these biscuits let's open one up very good fluffy very fluffy it's a nice biscuit right there and that cheese is well melted that's the secret in it is the in the bottom is just exactly the same color as the top and on these right here I did not turn these biscuits over halfway let's just they just bake the way they laid so do have some that's that blueberry preserves I think right here so let's just this truss one of these biscuits right here on the stand along at first I will tell you something that I did when I took these out of the oven as they were sitting on the sideboard i melted a quarter of a stick of butter with a good amount of oh yeah looks good I had a bunch of that a half a handful of that garlic powder mixed in with that quarter stick of melted butter and I just painted it over top of these cheese once you get that melted butter on there then you should take that salt grinder and coarsely grind some sea salt on top of these just a little burst of flavor not a lot just a little bit just a little bit of good the bill that blueberry preserves is trolley bit Raptor on that piece yeah I think I'd be good the joist Jesus biscuits blueberry preserves and the drink of your choice from here in Middle Tennessee enjoy
