hey guys today I have a craft project that I'm working on for my GPS my GPS last time that we went out we had some problems with glare on the GPS screen when we're driving in the Sun and I do not wanna spend $15 on a cover for this I know they're $15 and they're plastic and that's all it is and I'm not gonna do that that's ridiculous oh I came up with an idea that I'm gonna try because I'm gonna save myself the money so what I did was I went to Walmart or the craft store I don't remember where I got this from cuz I had a dollar store the dollar store I got this at Dollar Tree again always Dollar Tree I got this I guess for a dollar if I got at the Dollar Tree it's foam see and it's flexible and I can cut this so what I'm gonna do is I'm going to cut this and I'm gonna put this over and then I have this velcro strip that's gonna hold it together temporarily until I figure out how long I want this to beat with the glare so I'm gonna I'm this is actually not a finished project this is a project that will get finished either on the road or when I get back cuz right now I don't know how long the flap in the front has to be right there the hanging flap to keep adjusting this tomorrow when I travel and see if it's gonna work with this if not I can velcro it to the sides here put velcro and then when I need it I could just fill CRO it on so I'm gonna get to cutting it and I'll see you in a second I'm gonna go ahead and put it on and have it ready for our trip tomorrow as I put my ruler down on my cutting mat and I took my knife and I sliced right along the edge of the ruler so I have my extra piece here and then I have the piece and I'm gonna use this here and then I'm gonna head and fold this around the GPS I strap it on and then tomorrow when we travel we'll see if it's a good size okay guys here it is it's wrapped up in my velcro and I put it on and I left some space in the back just in case I have to bring it further up because the glare is bad I did leave some space so that I can determine tomorrow when I'm traveling if this is enough of a flap in the front or I have to pull it forward a little bit more so it's still a work in progress but I'll let you know how it works out so I bet I could still get to the back and still plug it in and and it looks like it's going to be secure with no commitment because that's just a velcro strap that I wrapped around it
