see I got this window rained out since it's a pretty custom size I just kind of winged it and the size I want it too way too expensive got a custom window made and since it's a shed I don't really need you a crazy a lot of insulation qualities we like that and I didn't find anything that was simple enough for me I searched around for some ideas on how to make a window and then I just thought you know what just can do myself so I'm going to show you what I came up with it's very simple the probably uses and a lot of a lot of different applications I'll show you some of the techniques that I used to get it to this stage but just to show you how I prefab it I've got a just a rabbet edge on two boards or just a little glue I'll show you how I got this rabbit edge with a table saw I don't have any fancy equipment you guys who follow my stuff no I don't I'm not a fancy guy and then these will just come together like this it's just not a fancy guy all right okay just like that and what I'm going to do is go to put the top on check it out a lot of you also know I work alone - so gotten pretty good at doing things fairly quickly by myself I've already pre-cut these for you because I just wanted to show you real quick you guys look pretty creative already figure this out I'll go ahead and pop a few more of those in as well you know once I get this done I can go ahead and measure the remaining span and here my teacher now down to slow down all right so all right so now I can measure the span here okay I've got 37 and 3/8 guarantee it will be exactly the same on the other side 37 and 3/8 so I'll cut those two pop those on I'll show you how I put the window in and then how I make the rest of it and now you can see I've got this prefab ready to rock and roll I'm going to stick it in here just to show it to you it's nice and tight you've already got them turn on the front and I can go ahead and level it out make sure that it's plumb all the way in nice fit okay okay so for the windows themselves I'm just using a 2 by 2 stock cause me a buck fifty four and eight foot lengths oh pretty thready going cheap
