so here's what's in the kit alright you'll notice a top and bottom tray that we're going to mold here in a second you've got an LED activator light you've also got the gel that's going to whiten that you put inside the trays and then you've also got this which is sort of a a cool feature it's a scale you basically can hold it up to your teeth determine where you are and then after your treatment you can see so you can monitor your progress all right and these are vitamin E swabs where if you get the gel on your gum you can simply swab it off so you don't get irritated now let's talk molds now it's time to make your molds what you're going to do is bring a little bit of water I would say about four ounces of water to a boil you're also going to need a cup of cold water as well all right so here's the boiling water cold water alright you want to let this sort of sit for about 6 minutes to let it cool down because if you just start with boiling water in your mouth that's going to potentially burn you you're gonna submerge one of the trays for about 10 seconds or until it gets soft it's got this little tab on the front alright that's to hold it put the trays in your mouth close your mouth suck all the air and excess water from the tray creating suction between your teeth and the tray and then I like to actually just push a little bit on my teeth to make sure that it really forms and gets in between the grooves and then submerge it into the cold water to make it harden then you repeat for the lower tray you're left with two custom trays now what I would recommend is cutting the little tabs off because the light that we're going to use while we're actually doing the bleaching you can't do it if those little tabs are on alright now what you're going to do is actually put a small dab or drop over the bleaching solution in each of the indentations hopefully you can see this you're just going to put a small little drop in each of the indentations once you're finished you're going to jam this bad boy into your mouth then what you're going to do is place the light in your mouth hang out for 30 minutes tracer in light is activated now hold the light in your mouth between your lip and your teeth okay this is gonna sort of just hang out there and it's going to help activate the solution to make it work a little bit better you're just gonna hang out for about thirty minutes you can go about your business check emails do your hair whatever exercise for all I care just hang out 30 minutes is max don't go longer but if you want to go shorter if you think today I'm just gonna do it for 10 or 15 it's totally up to you 30 it's done you take them out rinse your mouth store them in a dry place and they're ready to use next time 28 bucks Sears $28
