Please explain how to make roasted endive - episode 31 v2

hey amit tonight we're going to make roasted endive to prepare our roasted end all we need to do is trim them split them in half with a nice sharp knife and then we're just gonna drizzle them with olive oil and some kosher salt or sea salt and fresh ground pepper and then we're gonna put them in a 425 oven for maybe 25 30 minutes about 15 minutes on each side so here we go drizzle our endives with some extra virgin olive oil not too much but you want to be able to get a little coating on there some kosher salt and some fresh ground pepper i like peppers so the paramount just do that to taste and then i'm gonna just flip them over by hand so that they're completely coated on both sides and into our 425 oven for 15 minutes we flip them and then another 10 or 15 minutes it should just be like browning at the edges on the top when you take them out so i'm going to put them in face side down first and then flip them over so that the open side gets nice and brown when we take them out our end dives have been in about 10 minutes 15 minutes so i'm going to flip them over and just let them the open side brown about another 10 minutes so here's our roasted end dies right out of our 425 oven about 15 15 minutes on the one side and 10 minutes on the other and i'm just gonna serve them up we're having a little swordfish and our sauteed spinach with garlic tonight and there we have it roasted endive with extra virgin olive oil salt and pepper enjoy
